Exchange Policy – Willy Watches
At Willy Watches, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality. Therefore, we offer exchange only, under the following conditions:
1. If the watch has a manufacturing defect.
2. Or if the product does not match the specifications stated in the order.
⏰ Exchange Period:
Customers may request an exchange within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
📦 Exchange Conditions:
• The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• A video of the unboxing must be provided in case of any issue.
🚫 No refunds are accepted under any circumstances. Only exchanges of equal value or with a different product are available.
👀 Inspection on Delivery:
Customers are allowed to inspect the product before accepting delivery. If they are not satisfied, they can refuse to receive it at no extra cost.
